My search to find the best local products in and around Athens, Ga., continues. I have found a man named Antonio who makes fresh pasta in a fully certified kitchen in his home, and sells to local co-ops or farmers markets. What could be more delicious then freshly made ravioli made with organic, farm fresh eggs and other natural ingredients. He has agreed to let me come to his home and take some photos of the process he goes through to make his locally grown pasta, so stay tuned!
